Rosie & The Ramblers
Founded in 2011, Rosie and the Ramblers are a honky-tonk band that quickly became a cornerstone of Austin’s live music circuit. As one of the original house bands at Austin’s iconic White Horse, the group helped define the bar’s reputation as a hub for two-stepping and country music, earning a loyal following. Their debut album, Whatever You Need (2014), showcased frontwoman Selena Rosanbalm’s talent for crafting heartfelt lyrics and vibrant melodies, establishing her as a songwriter to watch. Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Shawn Colvin remarked, “Selena sings her ass off! She is a joy to listen to, and her songs always have at least one pay-off line.” Selena’s self-titled solo album, released in 2020, further solidified her as a compelling voice in Americana music.
