Freddie Steady returns to host his 2nd Annual Birthday Bash at The Old Quarter Acoustic Cafe. He will be accompanied by David Hargraves and very special Guest Cam King. Cam and Freddie have been working together off and on since 1979. Cam and Freddie were founding members of Powerpopnewwavepunkrock bandThe Explosives. Cam was also a member of the Shakin' Apostles. He and Freddie co-write songs and just finished a couple for Freddie's upcoming release to be titled "Pass that Jug!"
Freddie will do two sets that evening. The first set will be a collection of his songs from his 1990s electric western folk rock band, the Shakin' Apostles. They will dust off some songs that haven't been played for over twenty years. The second set will be a grab bag of Freddie songs, old and new. There may be an old friend or two sitting in on the second show. Oh, and cupcakes! There will be cupcakes.
