Sake & Sushi Dinner with Chef Teddy Simon

Meanwhile Brewing Co. is pleased to officially announce a first of its kind Sake & Sushi Dinner with Chef Teddy Simon. For two consecutive weekends the container bar in our spacious Beer Garden will transform into a focused 10-piece sushi dinner with curated sake pairings from Wine Director Kirby Winsor and our friends at Genji Sake. Chef Teddy prides himself on sourcing the best fish and has curated a truly special summer evening for all attendees.

The sushi dinner is intended to serve a single person, with 10 pieces of sashimi and nigiri total for $45. If you’re coming with a group, make sure to purchase additional tickets. A collaborative sake pairing will be made available for $20 per guest, which includes a complimentary pour upon your arrival.

This will also be an opportunity to be the first to try our newest addition to the Meanwhile menu, a Semi Sparkling Yuzu Wine. The wine uses fresh premium yuzu fruit grown in the famous region of Katsuragi, Japan. The wine’s aroma and flavor offer a rare and complex blend of lime zest, yuzu, and sumo orange with tangy acidity that is perfect for occasion and enough sweetness to tame the summer night.

There are two dinner service slots per day:

  • 6-7:25pm
  • 7:30-9pm

Please arrive anytime between the window on your ticket to meet with Chef Teddy as he prepares your dinner. After that, you can grab a table at any of our picnic tables or cocktail tables in the roped off area around the container bar. This seating is reserved for ticket-holders. However, you’re also welcome to place drink orders in the main taproom!
