We're featuring two great bands - QUIMIKOZ and HIJOS DE MUNOZ. Plus we'll be serving Tacos & Elotes! Drinks will be sold separately.
QUIMIKOZ is a Latin Cumbia/Fusion band based in Dallas/Fort Worth. Cumbia is a mixture of cultures, originating out of South America with a Colombian influence that's very popular in the Mexican American culture. You'll enjoy accordion sounds, afro-Cuban Cumbia beats, reggae rhythms, hip hop layers, and horn ensembles. Read all about them here.
HIJOS DE MUNOZ is a traditional dance band based in Oak Cliff. Started when the Munoz brothers were students at Sunset High School, they have developed a following for their covers of corrido and dance music that range from modern tracks, oldies, and all-time favorites.
