The Olllam is a band that fuses Irish traditional music with the modernjazz/post-rock energy of Detroit. Led by uilleann piper John McSherry, theband features Joe Dart (Vulfpeck), Michael Shimmin, Ross Ainslie, SeánO’Meara, and Joe Hettinga.Following their acclaimed album elllegy (RTÉ Radio 1 Best Group), TheOlllam has collaborated with GRAMMY-nominated producer Zedd, sharedthe stage in Belfast with actor Anthony Boyle (Netflix’s House ofGuinness), and recently completed a landmark U.S. tour in November2025.From ancient airs to future soundscapes, The Olllam is not just carryingthe tradition forward—they’re reinventing it.

Louise Bichan is a USA-based Scottish musician and photographer who uses both mediums to tell stories old and new. Growing up in the remote but culturally rich Orkney islands, a place where creativity abounds and playing music has been a part of the social fabric for centuries, gave Louise a solid grounding in music. Masterfully blending traditional and classical arrangements, her music is thoughtful, and complex, curious and playful. She composes in response to her roots and the world around her; weaving through stories of connection, to people, nature, the past and the possibility of the future.
