North Texas' biggest crawfish boil returns on Saturday, May 10, as Celina's Downtown Square transforms into a Cajun culinary destination.
Dig into a mountain of Texas-sized crawfish while the hottest Cajun and Texas country bands turn up the heat with two-steppin' tunes. Get your fill of crawfish, jambalaya, and all the fixin's, browse unique handmade goodies, and watch alligators snap and roll in live educational shows. Plus, a free kid zone brimming with carnival fun keeps the whole family groovin'!

CRAWFISH PLATTER TICKETS ($20 PER TICKET) The crawfish platter, sponsored by Sinacola, includes 2.5 lbs. of delicious crawfish complete with corn and potatoes for $20 plus service fees. Presale crawfish platters are only guaranteed from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at the event. (Day of purchase price will be $30.)

New this year, VIP perks include an expanded seating area with picnic tables and standing crawfish tables, a private VIP bar, and flushable air-conditioned restrooms for a top-tier experience. While some seating is provided, VIP guests are welcome to bring a basic folding chair for designated areas inside of the VIP experience.
